So, Who am I?

Many say I'm one of the leading agent's in the Country.

Why?

I guess it's my results.

I've been in real estate for almost 15 years and have a lengthy track record of high performance selling.

Before we opened the first McGrath franchise 7 years ago I was the number one agent for the Raine and Horne network Australia wide for 3 consecutive years, outselling more than 3,000 agents.

Today I'm constantly in the top 5 agents in McGrath which is one of the most respected brands in the country and is home to many of Australia's best agents.

Regardless of these achievements I would say I'm best known for my un-compromised service levels when I'm working for buyers or sellers and this is the achievement that means the most to me.

The art of service, negotiation and results is what my brand stands for and it's what I have spent the last 15 years perfecting and the glue that holds them all together is commitment.

Trevor Hamilton brings a unique skills set to his role with McGrath Terrigal, entering the real estate industry as an informed adviser via his experience as an accredited mortgage consultant. Trevor has owned and operated a financial service business, specialising in residential mortgages. If all this wasn’t enough, Trevor worked at Gosford Hospital in the Emergency Department as a Clinical Nurse Specialist for 13 years.

It was through his personal experiences with McGrath that Trevor decided to make his own career with them.  “I found that the personal interaction with the staff at McGrath reflected my own high standards of customer service and it was exciting to be involved with an organisation that recognised professionalism and high ethical standards, and who provided an amazing platform in training and technology to work from.”  Along with his passion for finance and real estate, Trevor loves spending time with his young family, travelling and catching a few waves or a quick game of golf.
